Terms and Conditions for Influencer Collaboration with Delounge Salon

1. Collaboration Scope
   • This collaboration is a barter agreement where Delounge Salon provides complimentary salon services to the influencer in exchange for specific deliverables:
     a. One Instagram Reel showcasing the service experience and results.
     b. One Instagram Story tagging Delounge Salon (@delounge_salon).
2. Content Usage Rights
   • Delounge Salon retains the full right to repurpose and use the content created by the influencer (Reel and Story) for marketing and promotional purposes across all its platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, and paid advertisements.
3. Deliverables and Timeline
   • The influencer agrees to post the Reel within 3 days of receiving the service. The Instagram Story must be posted within 24 hours of the service.
   • The content should include proper tagging (@DeloungeSalonOfficial) and any hashtags specified by the salon.
4. Content Guidelines
   • All posts must adhere to the agreed-upon aesthetic and messaging guidelines provided by Delounge Salon.
   • The content should be authentic, positively highlight the service experience, and avoid any disparaging remarks or implications about the salon or its services.
5. Service Provision
   • The complimentary services provided are strictly limited to the agreed-upon services for the collaboration. Additional services requested by the influencer will be chargeable at standard rates.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
   • If the influencer cancels the appointment or fails to show up without prior notice, Delounge Salon reserves the right to terminate the collaboration.
7. Adherence to Platform Policies
   • The influencer is responsible for ensuring their content complies with Instagram’s community guidelines and policies. Any flagged or removed content must be reposted promptly after correction.
8. Liability and Indemnification
   • Delounge Salon is not liable for any disputes arising from the collaboration beyond the agreed-upon terms. The influencer agrees to indemnify the salon for any claims or liabilities resulting from the content shared.
9. Confidentiality
   • The terms of this collaboration and any discussions related to it are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Delounge Salon.
10. Termination
    • Delounge Salon reserves the right to terminate this collaboration at any time if the influencer fails to meet the agreed-upon deliverables or violates any terms outlined above.
